TransWorld University Chefs Shine at 2020 IKA World Culinary Olympics |

The TEAM TAIWAN Chefs Delegation to the 25th IKA World Culinary Olympics in Stuttgart, Germany from Feb. 14 through 19 won a BRONZE medal in the category of Community Catering for their fine presentation of Taiwanese cuisine. Led by Mr. WANG, HUIE-CHUNG, along with his three counterparts, the team members displayed outstanding talent and overcame a host of difficulties amid over 2,000 chefs. Meanwhile, Mr. KE, MING-TSUNG was selected to be the only Taiwanese jury representative of the 120-year-old quadrennial competition to evaluate the performance of 110 teams from 70 countries. |
