TransWorld University Chefs Shine at 2020 IKA World Culinary Olympics
The TEAM TAIWAN Chefs Delegation to the 25th IKA World Culinary Olympics in Stuttgart, Germany from Feb. 14 through 19 won a BRONZE medal in the category of Community Catering for their fine presentation of Taiwanese cuisine. Led by Mr. WANG, HUIE-CHUNG, along with his three counterparts, the team members displayed outstanding talent and overcame a host of difficulties amid over 2,000 chefs. Meanwhile, Mr. KE, MING-TSUNG was selected to be the only Taiwanese jury representative of the 120-year-old quadrennial competition to evaluate the performance of 110 teams from 70 countries.
