<<Previous 2015-03-10 TransWorld University Took Home the Bronze at FHA 2014 Culinary Challenge TransWorld University (TWU) students took home two bronze medals at FHA 2014 Culinary Challenge in Singapore. Among his counterparts, Mr. ZHENG, SHENG-HONG won a bronze medal in the pastries showpiece category with his swan creations, which were inspired by the couple of black swans in Dream Lake of TWU. Another student named CHEN, WEI-ZHI won the bronze medal in Tapas/Finger Foods. Singapore’s FHA Culinary Challenge is said to be Asia’s most prestigious culinary competition dedicated to the promotion of culinary excellence, with more than 800 contestants from 15 countries joining this event on a biennial basis.
