World Champions at the Finest Food & Beverage from CULINAIRE MALAYSIA 2013
The 11th Culinaire Malaysia, officially endorsed by World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) and organized by Malaysia Association of Hotels (MAH) and Chefs Association of Malaysia (CAM), showcased more than 1,000 finest Chefs and Food & Beverage personnel who competed to the Finest of Them All. 7 students, led by the TWU Department Chairperson of Culinary Arts, Dr. Liu, Hsi-hsien (劉禧賢博士), brought home the prizes.
