TransWorld University Made the 'Taste' of Taiwanese People Known to the World |

Mr. XIE, Huang-Kai, student of the Department of Tourism & Hospitality at TransWorld University, along with his mentor, Mr. KE, Ming-Zong, won championships in the category of fruit and vegetable carving for young chefs and professional chefs, respectively, in the WACS (World Association of Chefs Societies) 2012 Daejeon Congress. A total of 800 prominent chefs from 55 parties vied with a large variety of foods and the winners from each field were awarded a trophy with prize money. |
