<<Previous 2011-03-15 TransWorld University Honored with NT$60 million in "Teaching Excellence Awards " from Taiwan's Ministry of Education The Teaching Excellence Project, proposed and subsidized by Taiwan’s Ministry of Education, aims to boost quality of university education nationwide. It has been five years since the subsidy program took effect in 2006. In 2011, a total of 34 technological universities and colleges received subsidies. Among the counterparts, TransWorld University is granted NT$60 million in a bid to expand the facilities, increase practical courses, and upgrade teaching quality. January 27, 2011
