After the Agreement signing ceremony, the President of University of the West, Dr. Allen Huang delivered a speech on” Assuring quality in higher education – What you can do about.” In the speech, Dr. Huang shared his precious insights with administrative supervisors and faculty members of TIT on how American universities endeavor to uplift the quality of higher education and enhance their competitiveness.
